Hey lunar ladies! This tincture is for anyone that has a monthly cycle. Hormones can make being a lady a real trip, but these herbs can help temper the ups and downs of the hormonal rollercoaster. Use of this tincture is especially beneficial during your period, when you're pregnant and when menopause has come knocking at your door.

Directions: Add one dropper full, or about 15-20 drops to a small glass of water, or tea. Repeat as needed.

Ingredients: Raspberry leaf*, red clover*, nettles*, chamomile*, dandelion root*, grain alcohol* (*certified organic)

Raspberry leaf is the mother herb. It is a superbly nourishing uterine tonic that has a toning and strengthening effect. It is great for heavy painful periods, and is also known to make child birth easier for pregnant women.

Red clover has a generous amount of minerals, proteins, antioxidants, and phytoestrogens that restore health to the entire reproductive system. It is said to help women conceive, and be an ally through the entire pregnancy - curbing morning sickness, and fortifying breastmilk.

Nettles are high en essential nutrients like calcium, magnesium and vitamins A, D, C, B, and K. It helps prevent folic acid anemia and iron deficiency anemia, and is also a digestive aid.

Chamomile has been used for thousands of years (literally. There is evidence that it was used by Neanderthals over 50,000 years ago!).  Considering the plant is quite bitter, its assumed it was used as medicine, and for good reason. Chamomile is gentle, yet effective at calming nerves, melting muscle tension, and easing cramps.

Dandelion Root is added to support your liver. When your body is flooded with hormones like estrogen and progesterone, your liver has to work over time to filter and flush them out.
