Lemon balm is a very special herb! It is a nervine - a group of herbs that support and nourish the nervous system. It is also said to chase away melancholy. Taking lemon balm is like wrapping yourself in a warm, fuzzy blanket and feeling all worldly worry melt away.

St. Johns Wort is known around the world as natures answer for depression. The plant produces, bright yellow, sun-like flowers, that are a perfect symbol for the medicine it provides.

Tulsi, also known as holy basil, is a seriously amazing, ayurvedic adaptogen. There are too many benefits to list, but most notably, it is high in antioxidants and eases stress and anxiety.

Oat tops are chock full of vitamins in minerals like calcium and magnesium, that work on a deep level to erase your stress symptoms, and improve your mood.

Chamomile is an old stand by. I like to think of chamomile as the nurturing grandmother of the herb world. She is always there to gently rub your back, give you a warm cup of tea, and tell you everything will be ok. Chamomile is gentle yet powerful when it comes to easing tension and stress.
