These mushrooms are organically grown by a husband and wife team in upstate New York. During cultivation, they focus on capturing the highly potent mycelium which are essentially the roots of the mushroom and are more potent than the body and cap. They are grown on sorghum which is naturally gluten free - for those with an allergy or sensitivity to gluten. The cocoa mix is very lightly sweetened with organic coconut sugar, but feel free to add more to your liking. Heck, throw a few 'mallows in there too.
Directions: Mix 1 Tablespoon with 8 oz hot water, milk, or coffee, stir and enjoy! Can also be added to smoothies. I suggest a peanut butter + banana smoothie - yum.
