These days, most of us are lacking important vitamins and minerals in our diet.  This nourishing blend of micronutrient rich herbs comforts your nervous system and nurtures your whole body. This is my favorite blend, and I will break down each herb to demonstrate why.

Ingredients: Fenugreek*, oat straw*, oat tops*, goji berry* peppermint*, alfalfa*, nettle*, eleuthero*, red clover*, anise*, calendula* (*certified organic)

Fenugreek is a deeply fortifying seed, that is warming and stimulating. It nourishes the digestive system and soothes inflammation in the joints.

Oat straw and tops work on a deep level with the nervous system, with an almost instant noticeable affect on stress symptoms. They are high in magnesium and calcium - just like breakfast oats.

Goji berries are high in antioxidants, and vitamin A and C. They are also rich in betacarotene which promotes healthy skin.

Alfalfa was known in ancient times as "Al-fac-facah" which translates to father of all foods. It was used to bring back vigor and vitality.  It is high in vitamins A, E, C, D and K, plus calcium, potassium, phosphorus an and iron. It's easy to see why it garnered that nickname.

Nettles are a traditional spring tonic for those who have become depleted from the long and cold winter.

Eleuthero also known as siberian ginseng, is an adaptogen, which means it regulates your bodies response to stress by supporting the adrenal system. It has also been shown to protect the brain from neurological disorders.

Red Clover has been used for hundreds of years as a cleansing herb for the blood, skin and lungs.

Anise relaxes and supports the respiratory system, and provides a sweet taste to this herbaceous blend.
